landed in charleston, and the first place i go is target. go figure.
thursday! how is it thursday already?! time flies when you are loving on your fam, snap chatting your best friends and their babes, and working a job you love, i guess! #lifeisgood. to be honest, there was a point in time i was not practicing daily gratitude, and i probably wouldn’t have felt so excited about my everyday life. but i am, and i am grateful for my fam, my friends, my job, my home, my health … the whole deal. it’s a pretty great feeling! highly recommend incorporating gratitude practices in your life. it’s one of those little daily tweaks that really makes a big difference in the long run [see my post about the health-related ones here].
ok, on to the target picks of the week! man oh man did i miss being in a real target store when i was in nyc last week. there’s just something about it that feels like home. what wound up coming home with me this week? some new pieces for fall, including those flat heel OTK boots [the heeled ones are next on my list], a few of those dresses, including that wild fable one, and some new project 62 items to spruce up my home. oh! and target started carrying native deodorant. i’m going to test it out for a while and report back what i think. i’m all for clean and good-for-you beauty and personal products, but they also need to work. i’ll let you know what i think once i use it for a while!
