seen + heard || what’s for breakfast?

i’m a random person, and i love doing roundups of all the good things i’ve found/heard/tried/worn in the past week or so.

i’ve said it before, but i LOVE to know other people’s routines. i read this article about what some of fashion’s hardest working ladybosses eat for breakfast. a lot of smoothies, a lot of eggs + avocados.

speaking of eggs, you’re cracking your eggs all wrong. or at least, i am. read more here.

my digestion is always outta whack after a long flight, so read up on what this nutritionist recommends to keep things 100 when you’re traveling. turns out those protein-packed epic bars i pack should be saved for when i’m on the ground.

this podcast has me majorly girl-crushing on mom boss, @tinastarkey of brandless.

speaking of being a mom boss, how cute is this shirt my own mother [and total mom boss] got me? it’s from caribou coffee and while i can’t find it online, i’ve linked some other similar ones from amazon over here. ‘scuse the dusty mirror, but these zella leggings are as good as my fave lululemon and athleta ones, and are on sale right now. they are thick but not constricting, high-waisted [which you KNOW i’m a fan of!] and suck you in in the best way. i’m working on an exhaustive review of all of my favorite leggings, but check out this post on my fave athleta ones in the meantime.
