how to style leopard print in the home

i mean, is anyone really surprised i’m writing this post? leopard print, but make it for your home. like in how you wear it, there’s a way to do right and a way to do it wrong. a few tips before i share some of my favorite finds:

• DO: mix prints. leopard + buffalo check is a great combination.
• DO: put pops of it it in unexpected places. dinnerware, towels for the bathroom, etc.
• DO: do a leopard stair runner if you can get your SO to agree. joey’s still not sold, so maybe our next house.
• DON’T: be too matchy. that’s when you start to look a little chintzy.
• DON’T: be afraid of using leopard print. it’s become such a neutral in personal style, that the same goes for your interior decor style as well.

ok, now on to some of the best finds i’ve found on the internet recently. to be honest, this entire post stemmed from this bed set i found at target. i have pops of leopard in my home, but had never really realized how much is out there.
