hey friends! i’m incredibly lucky to today be participating in the #sharethemicnow initiative. the whole premise is based on this:
“When the world listens to women, it listens to white women. For far too long, Black women’s voices have gone unheard, even though they’ve been using their voices loudly for centuries to enact change. Today, more than ever, it is NECESSARY that we create a unifying action to center Black women’s lives, stories, and calls to action. We need to listen to Black women.”

today i’m thrilled to be handing @goldenthirty30 over to one of the smartest, most eloquent-under-pressure speakers i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. danielle is a fellow #teamtarget girl and she’s one of those people that, whether or not she knows you, you want to be stuck with her in an elevator because the small talk will be fun. she’s the girl you are H O P I N G ends up on the docket to speak during your big all-team meeting, because she’s equal parts funny and impactful. here’s a little more about her:
