tarzhay thursday :: black-owned brand: partake cookies

hey friends! it feels like a hot second since i’ve done a real tarzhay thursday, but this week I wanted to highlight a black-owned brand that i have come across and think is incredibly impactful, especially in my own life. i recently came across partake cookies and was drawn to them because they are treats that are free of all of the big allergens out there. allergens my oldest struggles with. let me tell you, as the parent of a kid with food allergies, i’m constantly worried about the next breakout of hives or a sneezing attack that is going to lead to hyperventilation and tears. i’m ALWAYS on the lookout for new brands that are safe for logan and tasty for the rest of us, and partake cookies is just that. here’s the nitty gritty, straight from the partake cookies website:

“yeah, but are they good?” you’re thinking? YES! i’ll be fully honest; there’s nothing better than a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie, but i’m one of the lucky ones that can have peanut butter. these are a very close second. and my daughter likes them, and as one of the pickiest kids around, she’s the true litmus test here.

the best part, besides the fact that they’re free of allergens and taste good? they’re available at target AND can be shipped! just put it another order myself. *insert praise hands emoji*
