29 week bumpdate

gender + size?: baby boy puncochar is the size of an acorn squash, a head of cauliflower, or a hair dryer, depending on what site you are looking at *shrugs shoulders*

cravings/aversions?: it’s official: ice cream is going down as the craving of this pregnancy. can’t stop, won’t stop with dq blizzards.

maternity clothes?: i’ve been leaning more on dresses and tights this past week, but still wearing my trusty h&m maternity denim with the target tanks + blazers [see more of those in this post]

workouts?: walking, but definitely slowing down. i did some of the tone it up daily moves last week, and was sore for DAYS. i need to keep stepping up my strength game as long as i’m able [and i want to totally take advantage of the fact that i’m still in a place to keep exercising! i don’t want to take that for granted]

weight gain?: 27 lbs. reminder: i share my weight gain on here not as a metric of where anyone should be, but more as a reminder that 1. i’m being vulnerable and 2. there are a lot of different ways to gain weight in a healthy way while pregnant. i gained the much more weight weight in the first trimester with both pregnancies, and ended up having a healthy baby the first time around, and am *hopefully* on track to another healthy, full term babe.

rings on or off?: on! it’s cold here again/still, so that helps keep some of the swelling down. there’s still some legit swelling from my waist down, though, and i can only imagine that will get worse as we go.

emotions?: still pretty stable [i think, but you’d have to ask my husband]

any other weird symptoms?: those calf cramps!! they’re to the point where i have to get up in the middle of the night multiple times to stretch them out. oh, i went off of the unisom for two nights and the nausea was back full force. dang it. back taking unisom.
