it’s tarzhay thursday again, and seriously, spending most of my time in target with a venti cold brew + cart with a cute baby in tow means that i have all the time each week to find all the good stuff. this week, i found all kinds of adorable who what wear dresses. the best news? they’re all 20% off through saturday! order ’em up, or see if they have them in your favorite store!
“nothing haunts you like the things you didn’t buy” – well, i didn’t buy the green or blue version of this dress last summer, and I STILL REGRET IT. it’s the perfect length and will not be too long on anyone [i’m allllmost 5’4″], breezy, and while it’s unlined, not as see through as much as one would assume. i would recommend wearing some biker short-length spanx underneath. oh, and pockets!
again, pockets! this is a nice breezy dress that you can dress up with some nude sandals or dress down with some white sneakers. it’s a linen-feeling material and might be cute with some pops of red for the fourth of july? it’s got a size zipper, so nursing mama’s, it would be easy access.
this dress is perfect for all of the wedding/baby showers, weddings, and graduations you probs have on your calendar all summer long. its light, but not one bit see through. the belt wraps all the way around, making you feel really secure, and there’s a snap closure at the top of the v-neck. easy nursing access again!
this dress is a fun color variation of leopard. the neckline is also very flattering on the shoulders. where would i wear it? to a wedding/shower/reunion/etc. anywhere you need to look a little dressier but want to be comfortable as heck. throw a leather jacket over it and you have a perfect night-out outfit.
you know how they have the ‘song of the summer’? this dress is the dress of the summer. normally i’m NOT an orange fan, but this day-glo orange makes anyone look instantly tan [i promise!!], it has pockets, and it’s comfy as heck. dress up with heels or down with sneakers [sensing a pattern here?]. preferably some leopard sneakers 🙂
