happy thursday! back today sharing a few new products i’ve picked up from target to aid in my newfound focus on skincare. seriously, though; i need to pick it up. the wrinkles, dark spots, and adult acne are more noticiable now than ever, and i want to get ahead of it. i ordered some the ordinary products and have been testing them out, but also added in the following into my testing regimen. too soon to tell if they work, but i thought i’d share what i’m doing:
i picked up this tool as part of a set. i had been looking at something similar that was multiple times the price, and since i’m just starting out in taking better care of my skin, wanted something that was budget friendly for a microneedling tool. this is another pretty option for $10.
this serum came with the microneedling tool, and i’ve been trying it as well. i love a good hyaluronic acid moment; plumps the skin!
this is the actual set, if you wanted to bundle them.
i know a ton of influencers have been talking about this face cream, but it wasn’t until my own personal girl gang (group text of high school besties) vouched for it that i picked it up to try it myself. will report back.
i’ve been reading up on what you can/can’t mix as far as skincare ingredients goes, and picked up this moisturizer for when i can’t use anything with retinol in it. i also LOVE the versed line in general. this is the makeup balm i’ve been using for over a year.
like i said, i’ll do a more comprehensive review of what’s been working and what hasn’t once i’ve got the products down to a solid routine and can pinpoint the standout stars.
happy thursday!
