i’m so thrilled to see the rise of the incline walking workout right now (no pun intended). i’ve been testing and tweaking one of my own variety for YEARS (like, since before I got married) and credit it with not only helping me kickstart a journey of taking care of myself, but more so getting my mind right every day. I present to you: the PUNCH incline walking workout. here’s how two options for it, both designed for a treadmill.

note: i’m just calling them options one and two. depending on your cycle, how you feel that day, or where you are on your health journey, they may feel harder or easier. I do some version of this every day if I don’t spend at least 30 minutes walking outside.
